Monitor overnight dataload process for failures and warnings. Analyze any failures which occur, determine the root of the issue and either plan and implement a fix or contact and work with vendors and clients to resolve problems on their end. Escalate production issues through the appropriate internal channels as needed. This person will also contribute to client issue research requests for the InvestEdge client service teams as well as fulfill enhancement requests for the InvestEdge system at large.
Primary responsibility to provide overnight dataload support from the hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am Tuesday through Saturday to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
